  • Recruiting – Advice and management of selection processes: (i) also through digital recruiting; (ii) an analysis of the potential of resources; (iii) and their profiling to support the selection process;
  • Functional assessment – skill mapping, evaluation and development as a fundamental step in the Organisation’s growth and as an expression of its business strategy;
  • Remuneration assessment – analysis of remuneration levels within the Organisation and their comparative evaluation according to staff’s duties and responsibilities and the gender criteria laid down by national and EU anti-discrimination laws;
  • Remuneration policies – Advice on benefit assignments, compensation policies and implementation of corporate welfare systems. Preparation of variable remuneration agreements, incentive systems (e.g. MBO, equity instruments), retention systems (progressive growth plans, long-term bonuses, stability and/or minimum term agreements, etc.);
  • Training – Training assistance and support for resource development in the light of staff’s hard and soft skills;
  • Organisation – Advice on company organisation and preparation of Delegation Systems;
